Stacey is Executive Director of the Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA). She is responsible for setting up and implementing strategies and programs that will maintain PARIMA as the fastest growing professional association for Risk managers. Besides managing the overall planning and development of PARIMA, she is also in charge of the day to day operations.
Stacey believes in the need and importance of strategic development. A management consultant that started out in Accenture, she has consulted in many companies, managing their transformation and growth agenda. Her expertise includes project management, change management, organizational design, engagement, communications, process improvement as well as learning and development.
In her consulting roles, she has worked across multiple industries, countries and cultures, having spent time in Kenya, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. She has worked with companies in both private and public sector where she has clients from Insurance, Finance, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare.
Stacey has a double degree in both Business and Psychology from Singapore Management University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University College London (UCL) where she graduated with distinction.
