Before joining Aon, he worked at Mitsui Sumitomo Marine & Fire Insurance in Japan head office and New York for 13 years and was in charge of large corporations

As Regional Director, Iain leads Lloyd’s strategy in the Asia Pacific region, promoting and protecting the trading rights, operations and business interests of the Society of Lloyd’s across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore and Malaysia. Iain originally joined Lloyd’s as President & Chief Operating Officer of Lloyd’s Japan in 2007.

Prior to joining Lloyd’s, Iain worked for over twenty years at RSA Insurance Group and has wide experience of running both personal lines and commercial lines businesses, through direct and intermediated distribution. He has extensive international experience, gained from managing or supporting various insurance businesses across the UK, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Iain has a B.SC degree in Mathematics from Edinburgh University. In addition to being a Chartered Insurer and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), he is also a Member of the Institute of Direct Marketing (MIDM).

In Japan, Iain is an active member of the British business community and the local insurance community. He is a board member of the Japan British Society, an executive committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan and Vice-Chairman (past Chairman) of the Foreign Non-Life Insurance Association.

Upon graduation from Waseda University in 1981, Mr Narasaki joined Mitsubishi Corporation. He spent 20 years working in the ICT international business department, of which 3 years were in Silicon Valley (SV), USA. In 2000, he joined a SV venture, Lineo. Later, he joined SOMPO Holdings in 2016 as Chief Digital Officer after passing through ACCESS, IP Infusion, Inc., Midokura etc. He has lived in SV for 12 years and has managed 4 software and venture companies in the SV area. Mr. Naraszaki holds numerous ICT technology related qualifications.

Satoru Hiraga is Representative Director, Chairman of Marsh Broker Japan, Inc.

He is responsible for overall Marsh Broker Japan’s Management, including the area of Risk Assessment and Identification consulting for Japanese large size corporations and foreign multinational companies.

Prior to join Johnson & Higgins, he worked for a banking institution as a financial analyst in its commercial banking function, becoming experienced in evaluating and analyzing financial conditions. After he joined Marsh, he was stationed in Germany and US, where he attained advanced risk finance and risk consulting skills. When he returned to Japan in 2000, he founded Risk Consulting Team to provide numerous consulting services including Business Continuity Management for Japanese and foreign corporations. In 2002, he assumed his role as Representative Director of Marsh Broker Japan, Inc.

He was appointed President & CEO of Japan Insurance Brokers Association (JIBA) in 2013. He is also acting the important role for editing “Global Risk Report” published by World Economic Forum into Japanese. Addition to those, he is a member of Japan Association of Corporate Executives, and appointed to a committee of Disaster Prevention Economic Consortium which organized by Cabinet Office since 2017.

Hidemi Sato is Deputy General Manager of Treasury Group, Finance Department, Nissan Motor Co.,Ltd..

She is responsible for overall Risk management in Finance area; Risk Finance, Insurance management, Financial and Counterparty Risk Management in Finance Department.

After she joined Nissan, she started her carrier in Hazard Risk and Insurance Management in Administrative Department.

She moved to Finance Department in 2000 through Service Support Department No.2 of Purchasing Division. She launched Global Property Insurance Program by consolidating each local policies for Nissan globally in 2000, and then constructed several lines of Global Insurance Programs; Marine Cargo, Casualty and D&O.

After she joined Nissan, she is always in charge of Risk Finance and Insurance Management area.

She was appointed Deputy General Manager of Finance Department in 2018, and newly started to take care of Financial and Counterparty Risk Management.

Hiromi Tasaki is the Director and Sales Manager in Asia, based in Enhesa’s Tokyo office. Her current responsibilities include expansion of Enhesa’s client base in the APAC region with a focus on the Japanese market. She has over 15 years of experience in EHS consulting and managed numerous cross-border projects including audits, regulatory reviews and risk assessments. She has profound knowledge of Japanese EHS regulations and management system requirements. Prior to joining Enhesa, she was a principal consultant and team leader for the performance assurance team at a global EHS consulting firms where she managed over 200 global EHS projects for Japanese and foreign multinationals.

Hiromi has a Bachelor in Social Science from the International Christian University in Japan and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Hull in the UK.

He joined Marsh in 1995 as an account executive for foreign multinational corporations doing business in Japan. In 2001, Marsh Japan launched its Life Science Practice Team and he assumed the position as a leader of the team. He was in charge of global program of major Japanese and multinational pharmaceuticals and life science companies.

In 2005, he was transferred to Marsh New York and assumed the position as a senior relationship officer at Japan Client Services Division in New York. He was in charge of major Japanese corporations in east coast area including trading companies.

In 2012, he was transferred back to Marsh in Japan and assumed his present duties.

Prior to joining Marsh, he worked for Zurich Insurance Company Tokyo Office and was in charge of personal line insurance products.

Takehisa Banno has around thirty years experience in the global insurance industry.

Currently he manages insurance brokers and agents located in fourteen countries and two captive companies, and is working on developing new insurance structures with digital technologies.

After graduating from Kanazawa University, he became part of the Toyota Tsusho Corporation's Insurance Department in 1987.
From 1996 to 2001, he was assigned to work in the USA and provided insurance risk management services. After returning to Japan, he engaged in setting up insurance brokers/agents around Asian regions.

Jacqueline has over 25 years in the Insurance industry. In addition Legrand is also CEO of HighDome, a captive cell company owned by MDS Group. Prior to joining MDS, she was Managing Director at Crystal & Company in New York, heading the International Department. Earlier in her career, Legrand was Director of the national accounts business unit and Member of the Board at Théorème, a French insurance brokerage firm.  Before joining the insurance industry, she worked at IBM, managing client relationships for multinational companies in the automotive industry.

In 2013, Legrand was appointed by French Prime Minister as a Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Government. In 2015 she was elected Vice-President of CCILF (Chambre du Commerce et de l’Industrie Luso Française).
Legrand is the founder of WLT – Women Leadership Group – that aims to support women in leadership roles and to inspire young female talents within the insurance industry.

Arnaud Vaissié is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International SOS, the world's leading medical and travel security risk services company.

After graduating from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris, Arnaud Vaissié began his business career as a Financial Executive in France, and then moved to San Francisco as Head of Compass Inc for America.

In 1985, alongside Dr. Pascal Rey-Herme, Arnaud Vaissié founded International SOS in Singapore. Due to its path-breaking work, International SOS has achieved fast and consistent growth, expanding first throughout Asia, in the United States and finally in Europe.
