Charles serves on the Risk Oversight Committee at PT Pegadaian, supporting board-level governance and risk practices for one of Indonesia’s largest financial institutions. With decades of experience in risk, governance, and compliance, he also chairs IRMAPA and actively contributes to national regulatory initiatives, including risk and governance standards led by OJK and Indonesia’s National Standardization Agency.
