He currently serves as Enterprise Risk Management Manager at PT Astra Honda Motor in Jakarta, Indonesia, a joint venture company between PT Astra International, Tbk and Honda Motor, Co. In his role, Michael has driven transformative initiatives in risk and business continuity management, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring organizational resilience. He thrives on the challenge of transforming uncertainty into opportunity, ensuring that businesses are not only protected but also positioned for sustainable growth.
