Mr. Vinit Prabhu is head of Insurance at Vedanta. This pivotal role involves delivering insurance solutions across Vedanta which is one of the world’s leading natural resources & technology conglomerate with strategic operating across India, South Africa, Namibia, Liberia, UAE, Korea, Taiwan and Japan. The group is a uniquely diversified company across the natural resources spectrum with interests in Oil & Gas, Zinc, Lead, Silver, Aluminium, Iron Ore, Steel, Copper, Ferro Alloys, Power, Nickel, Semiconductor and Glass. His academic journey boasts a mechanical engineering degree from SPCE, Mumbai, with PGDM from IIM, Lucknow. Over a remarkable career spanning three decades, Mr. Prabhu has made impactful contributions across various sectors, leaving his mark on esteemed companies like Blue Star, Maruti, Times/Citibank JV, ICICI Lombard and Larsen & Toubro.
