Kelvin is the Head of Insurance for Weybourne Group, where he has responsibility for all insurance matters and leads the Group’s captive insurance company. Weybourne Group contains a number of businesses most notably the Dyson Group and Dyson Farming.

He chanced upon the world of risk management and insurance, and had the opportunity to work with amazing people and experience first-hand the relevance and under-appreciation of good corporate risk management and strategic risk financing, from both advisory and in-house client perspectives.

Kelvin co-founded the Pan-Asia Risk Management & Insurance Association (PARIMA), a non-profit professional association, to promote and elevate the expertise and profile of risk managers in the region, and champion the critical roles that risk managers play in driving the sustainable growth of organisations. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, and is deeply passionate about learning and sharing risk and insurance best practices.
